Area just South of junction of Blue Trail and unmarked trail, bounded by these trails and walls (see map).  Buckthorn throughout. Bittersweet, Japanese Barberry, Bush Honeysuckle, Winged Euonymus, are near wall 3 and the trails.  A maintenance path has been made along the walls.
Area on the West side of the small bridge by the Pencil Factory, bounded by the Mill Channel and Nashoba Brook (part of which is just North of the Red Trail, though this is not shown on the map).  There is Buckthorn, Bush Honeysuckle, Winged Euonymous, Bittersweet, Multiflora Rose, and Japanese Barberry.

Area is sunny.  There is poison ivy near the trails.

Nashoba Area E


Area just South of junction of Blue Trail and unmarked trail, bounded by these trails and walls (see map). Buckthorn throughout. Bittersweet, Japanese Barberry, Bush Honeysuckle, Winged Euonymus, are near wall 3 and the trails. A maintenance path has been made along the walls.
Current Goals:

  1. Clear bittersweet, Japanese barberry, Winged Euonymus.
  2. Clear large buckthorn.
  3. Clear other buckthorn and bush honeysuckle.
